McCarran Airport - Baggage Claim Remodel

McCarran Airport - Inline Baggage

Regional Justice Center

In October of 1999 this building won an award from American Institute of Architects Committee on Architecture for Justice. The structure was the custom design of the Regional Justice Center.


Creech Wing HQ

This project is part of the growing landscape for the Creech Air Force Base. As the headquarters facility for the 432d Wing, it is charged with remotely flying the MQ-1 Predator and the MQ-9 Reaper aircraft on worldwide missions. This high-tech facility consists of 22,000 square feet of space and doubles its original capacity. The design took on proactive building techniques to be environmentally friendly and energy efficient. Construction completed in November 2010 and is currently undergoing the LEED Gold certification process.


Creech Dining Facility

The Creech Dining Hall was one of the newest facilities built to support the base personnel. Located on the north side of the base, the facility serves meals throughout the day. Compared to its predecessor, the new building provides shorter lines and more seating capacity. The project consisted of designing and constructing an 18,000 square foot structure. The structure is a pre-engineered building with reinforced foundation and floor slab, structural steel frames, metal exterior walls, standing seam metal roof, all required utilities, communication support, fire detection/protections, parking, site improvements, landscaping, and all other necessary support. The construction completed in July 2010 and is approaching LEED Silver certification.
